01 What We Collect
Stellaria Capital (“Stellaria”, “we”, “us”) collects only the personal data its invitation-only process requires:
- Identity & contact — name, email, firm, and role you provide when requesting or being granted access.
- Access logs — timestamped records of sign-ins, document views, and downloads.
- Technical data — session cookies, IP address, and device/browser metadata.
02 Why We Collect It
To verify eligibility, operate the progressive-access ladder, secure confidential materials, meet legal and compliance obligations, and communicate with you about your engagement. We process data under legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
03 Access Logging
The data room is confidential. Every entry, view, and download is logged and attributable to your account. These logs are used for security, audit, and compliance, and are visible to authorized Stellaria partners.
04 Cookies & Sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
05 Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with (a) service providers acting on our behalf under contract (e.g. hosting, email, identity verification), and (b) authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

09 Data Residency & Jurisdiction
Although Stellaria invests in and operates on Venezuela, all personal data is hosted and handled under United States guidelines and standards. No data is stored or processed on Venezuelan soil. This is a deliberate distinction: your information sits within US-governed infrastructure and is subject to US data-protection practices, regardless of where the underlying investments are located.

We may update this Notice. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you directly.
